We are not luxury yacht brokers.  We do not solicit or accept “listings” of yachts.  We merely provide a medium by which sellers can advertise their yachts for sale.  We do not become involved in the negotiations for the purchase and sale of a yacht.  We simply put the sellers in touch with prospective buyers and the parties deal directly with each other.  We do not control the transactions, because the parties will use lawyers of their choice, and we will even reimburse the parties for legal costs incurred to handle the transfer of title.

As the seller you take no risk.  It costs nothing to post your boat on our site unless the boat sells to a party who finds you through the website, and if it sells, the fee is only 1% of the sales price — far less than the 10% you would pay a yacht broker.  That means, for example, if a fair price for your yacht is 2 million dollars you can undercut the competition by advertising it for $1,820,000 and still net the same amount. 

All a seller needs to do is fill out the forms from the main Sellers page, describing the yacht and its equipment and specifications.  Sellers can provide pictures or even videos if you wish, and the posting is complete. Best of all, in addition to the technical specs, you have the opportunity to make an “Owner’s Statement,” which is your individualized statement as to why someone should buy your yacht.  Don’t short-change your ability to sell your boat better than a yacht broker, especially if you are passionate about it.
